Rebecca's practice focuses solely on the issue of family and domestic relations law, including divorce, legal separation, child custody, child support, maintenance (i.e., alimony), and other related issues.
Rebecca began her legal career working with Boulder County's Family Court Facilitator in 2003, Rebecca is now an experienced veteran of domestic litigation. Rebecca is a respected – and often feared – legal adversary; among her peers and clients, Rebecca has a ten-star reputation for efficacy and results.
Rebecca earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder, she graduated with honors, double-majoring in Psychology and Sociology. She did so while competing with the university's equestrian team. Subsequently, Rebecca earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Denver's Sturm College of Law.
Rebecca's practice areas focuses on contested child custody and visitation cases, including high asset divorces, in the many counties located throughout Colorado's Front Range. In addition to divorce and child custody matters, Rebecca litigates paternity, juvenile, dependency and neglect (D&N), contempt/enforcement proceedings, and animal law.
She continues to possess a deep passion for horses and animals. In addition to her family law practice, she has been known to represent animal rescues and equestrian businesses in the Denver area.
